1. Upon completion of your real estate transaction(s), you will receive a Cash Rewards Certificate from The Don Lawyer Real Estate Team.
2. Mail your Cash Rewards Certificate as instructed.
3. Receive a check by mail when you redeem your Certificate as instructed at the specified redemption date.

Example 1:
Your Home's Worth is $100,000 multiplied by 2% = $2,000.00 IN YOUR POCKET!
Example 2:

Details of Program
At The Don Lawyer Real Estate Team, we are re-investing a portion of our marketing dollars on behalf of customers like you to fund Cash Rewards. Submitting your qualified Cash Rewards Certificate will activate an interest-bearing escrow investment account secured by a major banking institution. At the time of maturity, properly redeeming your certificate will authorize the delivery of your Cash Rewards check to you!
Who Holds The Money?
Compass Bank, one of the largest corporate banks in America, is the holder of all claim funds. Resolve Corporation, serves as the independent third-party administrator. They alone determine valid consumer claims and control disbursements from the claim fund. This assures the program is run fairly and impartially.
What Happens to Unclaimed Cash Rewards?
Primary beneficiaries of the claim fund are certificate holders (you) who make a valid claim. The secondary beneficiaries are two nationally recognized children's charities. If you fail to properly claim your cash reward, 100% of the unclaimed monies go to two very worthy children's charities.
Cash Certificates Are Limited Each Month So You Better Act Fast!
The only limitation of this program is the number of cash rewards certificates we will offer each 30 day period.
