We wanted to announce that we are implementing a new and exciting program with our
sellers called the Seller's Incentive Program which will be promoted in MLS. This is a chance to win a $10,000 bonus just for selling one of Don's participating listings.

How it works...
|
- Every participating Listing has a message in the private remarks of MLS
- The odds of winning are 1:30
- For every 30 listings that sell and close we will pay a $10,000 Cash Bonus to the
selling Realtor/Company
- Upon closing of the 30th participating property, we will have a drawing to
determine the $10,000 winning Realtor. Realtor must be present to win

Rules & Regulations |
- Participating homes will be marked in MLS as enrolled in the Sellers Incentive
Program (SIP)
- Every time 30 SIP homes have closed a drawing that will be held to determine the
winner-2 weeks notice will be give before the drawing occurs. Agents must be
present to win
- Each Selling Realtor must have an active Real Estate license at the time of the
drawing
- The sum of $10,000 will be awarded to the winner of each drawing. The check
will be made payable to selling Realtor's broker to which they have their license
under. The winning Realtor's Broker is going to determine how the check is to be
paid as they see fit
